To display a columnist’s avatar on the front page of the site (with the customized Options theme):

1. Upload his/her avatar on the wp-content/uploads folder;

2. When uploading content, go to the Custom Field section and create a key with the name “Thumbnail”;

3. In the Value column, enter the image URL in this format: /wp-content/uploads/filename.jpg
